I will give $42.63 to anyone who helps me do my first assignment for class. The fact that it’s a legal and ethics class notwithstanding, I think that’s a fair offer. I like classes with tests. I’ve always had great success with tests. Seriously. Except for lousy elective classes I never actually attended at WVU, I’ve never failed a test. I kicked the ACT square in the bottom, did well on the GRE, passed the Miller Analogies in the top 95th percentile, and regular, everyday tests are music to my ears. I just imagine that I’ve been charged with creating the key to the test, and my confidence soars.
Unfortunately, this class has no tests. It’s largely 5 case studies. We’re given a scenario and we have to apply the ethics model and legal precedents. I have to now find the ethics model and legal precedents. Ugh. It’s not difficult at all, it’s just time consuming. Furthermore, I like to be given specific required formats on assignments. Since there is no example, I have to assume that I’m writing in the correct format, but I could be waaaay off.
So, any takers
Also, apologies to Ben and Jesse for not visiting during my trip to Charleston this week. I TOTALLY forgot about it until my coworker asked me on Tuesday, “Don’t you have a conference tomorrow?” ACK!! Fortunately, she decided to attend it with me and we jetted to the hotel, arriving just in time to catch the end of Star Wars, get some food, and sleep. I’m going to try to schedule a pleasure visit at some point so we can actually do stuff. BTW (By The Way), I cannot get my coworker to stop referring to Ben and Jesse and Ben and Jerry. For some reason, it cracks me up every time she says it. Hee!

the SG-1 ep from this week. It felt just like an old season 3 or 4 ep, only, you know, without Jack. Still, I really liked it.
I worked 10-3 and I have to say, I’m glad. Having been out since Thursday, it was good to get back and get caught up on my work. It seems I missed a bomb threat on Friday. They evacuated the school and everyone went home early, so I guess I didn’t miss too much when I was in Charleston. What I know I didn’t miss was my fabulous birthday presents from
