I made just under $80 this weekend selling junk.  What’s even better is the fact that most of my profit came from items that had been in my house when I purchased it such as curtains, a painting, trinkets, etc.  100% profit on those things!  Yay!  I’m planning on using my new money at Dragon*Con for autographs, so watch out, Ba’al, Teal’c, Xander, and the rest…I’m headed your way!

How frellin’ awesome was SG-1?!? I’m pleased to admit that I was stunned by the greatness tonight. Oh, and Ba’al next week! Guh! My head is still spinning at the possibilities set up by the crossover ep. I don’t usually like crossovers, but this was as great as the AtS/BtVS crossover “I Will Remember You”, one of the best hours of TV ever. Geez, I’m still like “Whoa”. Oh, and damn am I glad I watched Farscape now. SLINGSHOT!! Whoo!!!!!!

p.s. Was it just me, or was Weir totally checking Mitchell out?!?

Oh, PLEEEEEASE let SGA play out like I hope it will. Using footage from this season (which hasn’t yet aired, but dammit, I KNOW how it should go), I *just* storyboarded a vid. I don’t care what anyone says, I like Three Days Grace and “Riot” is going to be a kickass vid. I’m just waiting for “Sateda” to air. Please, in the name of all things Gate, let it play out like I hope it does.

My mom and sister-in-law have decided to hold a yard sale. Tomorrow. At my house. Ack! I just finished mowing the lawn while having two and a half heat strokes and getting a couple of things ready to sell. While searching for unwanted items, I found two pairs of kickass jeans that I couldn’t wear in my heavier days (I’ve been on WW again :wink2:). Yay! They’re practically new and not the cheap kind I’ve been wearing, so they feel great. Whoo hoo!

Most of the items I have are old VCR tapes. I’m only selling the tapes I bought, not the ones I taped. I still have all the Buffy eps on tape and it was great being transported back to the time they were made. Oh, and Todd, I really miss you. *sigh* Those were the days…

I’ve also gone blond again. I’ve been blond, but now I’m really blond. Damn you ANTM!

After watching all four seasons of Farscape and The Peacekeeper Wars, it’s over. Now, not surprisingly, I feel a little hollow inside. It would seem that it was only Season 3 that I hated so much. Once Season 4 revved up, I started to like it a little more again. I think I’m going to record my thoughts by character, rather than by season or episode.

I’m will probably return to this post to add thoughts as time goes on, but overall, this was a enjoyable series and I would like to thank bigbenalpha and di_br for encouraging me to watch it. In my defense, at least I was able to avert the trauma of the “Season 4 Ending” since I already had The Peacekeeper Wars in hand.

I’m up to Season 4 Episode 2 and OMG, this show gets exponentially worse with every.single.episode. I’m going to finish the series because, hey, I’ve come this far, but seriously, how did people get so into it?!? di_br is going to hate me for saying such, but seriously, this show is awful.
