The appraisal from the house came in…I got it! We have to change the outlets around the sinks to ground fault switches due to the huge number of people who electrocute themselves by um, throwing water in them? We also have to upgrade the insulation in the floor from F-11 to F-19. Yeah. You heard me correctly.
Anyway, as soon as those things are done, it’s just a matter of time before it’s all mine!
