Over on SW_FanVids, I’m pretty darn sure that a CLIP THEIF has struck. There’s a vid posted by a veeery snarky individual saying how they threw the vid together in only an hour. There isn’t ONE.SINGLE.CLIP that hasn’t been used by either di_br or myself. This is my first time dealing with such an occurance and I’m going to leave it in Di’s hands as to the outcome.

Grrrr.

I’m in the process of making yet another Anakin vid. It’s an Anakin/Palpatine vid showing (what else?) Anakin’s turn to the Dark Side. The song is “Giving In” by Adema and I think it kinda rocks. I’m hoping to finish it tomorrow ;) Since not too many people seemed to like the slower Anakin vid too much, maybe I can redeem myself with this one

I’m going to admit my full ignorance on something. Apparently, there is an Irish language–as in, they don’t speak English. I know someone from Ireland and I never got the impression there was a whole different language. I don’t know who’s speaking it, but it’s enough people that they are having casting calls to find an Irish kid, fluent in Irish, to dub the voice of Harry Potter in the Irish release of one of the movies.

So yeah, that’s an eye-opener for me. Did anyone honestly know this already?

This is a holiday weekend. How do I know? Not because of the calendar, silly–but because I have even LESS to do than usual. I went out with some pals from work and met a guy. Well, I guess you would say “man” since he’s a fair bit older than I am. Anyway, he asked for my email and I gave it to him. This morning, I got an email asking me out for later–details to come. It’s 5pm, and no details have come. Ha! It’s all good, I’d rather watch RotS again, anyway.

[Edit: OK, got an email. One hour's notice to go hang at the bar. Uh, maybe I'm wrong, but I'm not in the mood to rush around getting ready and on the road. Since it's about a 20min drive, I have even less time to get ready. I'm thinking I'm going to pass which will undoubtedly ruin any chance. *shrug*]

*Fans self* I just made an Anakin vid that is entirely sappy. This kid is rapidly approaching Boromir status. *gah*
