Just like old times…
…in that it SUCKED! Four hour drive to Morgantown? No problem. I actually enjoyed it. Scott and I had a great time. I went knowing that parking at Allen Hall is always a problem, but what I did NOT know is that they took all of the on-street parking and made it PERMIT ONLY parking also. Needless to say, I chanced it and got a parking ticket…heh.
Then, to make matters worse, I found out that they will count only 6 of my graduate classes. That means I don’t need 1-3 additional classes, I need 8 more, plus a practicum and internship. I wouldn’t have to do the latter two things, since I’d already be working. I would still have to pay for them, though.
It’s not like I’m asking for permission to be certified in some lucrative area of work. We’re talking public school system here, people. Ugh. 
[Edit--I guess I should clarify, I did indeed receive my permit to work. It's just that getting a renewal won't happen.]
