Talk about AU!

Jul 31, 2004

Now I just had the weirdest dream. Billeh and Dom were in it. I was being set up with Billeh for some reason, but he left the compound (for lack of a better word) we were staying in with my brother (of all people). While I was awaiting his return, I looked into the hallway and saw Dom (in full Hobbit gear) walking my way. Thinking he was Billeh, I walked a bit with him. I quickly realized my mistake, but tried to cover by continuing to walk. We ended up at a cafeteria of sorts. Dom took my purse to use my phone and some ghetto chicks came in and took one of my Newports from the pack in my purse. I snatched it back and then Dom took it out of my hand and gave it to the chick anyway. I got pissed off and walked out. Then I woke up. I have NO IDEA where this dream was going, but it was a fun “pal” dream.

Um, yeah, about that…

Ulead Media Studio Pro, your ass is mine. HA! I think I finally have a lock on that program. Ha!

Well, alright now

Jul 29, 2004

So BB5 went the way I hoped.  That’s almost unheard of.  Then again, I don’t much care what happens, so my karma didn’t really matter much.  I finally found a replacement song for my Ghost World vid, so now I have something to do tomorrow.  I still don’t get why my original song messed up in both of my vidding programs.
Ben likes the new Batman Begins teaser, and I do too.  I think if the voiceover had left out the”…Me.” I’d go so far as to say I love it.  Sometimes it’s great not being a comic fan since you can appreciate these things for what they are rather than what they “should” be.  Still not seeing The Village, so if anyone does see it, spoil me please :)

Currently taking applications

I’m sick.  Possibly flu-ish.  I need someone to take care of me.  Apply within.

Well, FRIG!

Once again, my picks are gone.  Dammit dammit dammit.

Revenge of the Sith

Jul 26, 2004

My weekend can be summed up with one phrase: Revenge of the Sith.  Not that it didn’t have some really great parts, but mostly…just Revenge of the Sith.  *sigh*

Mad World, indeed

Jul 22, 2004

I first heard the song “Mad World” on the Donnie Darko soundtrack.  But seeing it used in two completely different vids (one “Lucas” from DAYS and the other, “Harry Potter”  POA)  has me feeling completely melancholy.  What a horrible song to find happiness in.  Mad World, indeed.
